The Standard Edition costs $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition $99.99, a $20 difference in US digital prices. According to the GTA 6 BUZZ video, the Ultimate adds in-game extras tied to Jason and Lucia's story plus two side jobs Rockstar previewed. According to the Offcourt video, the bonuses unlock as you progress through the story and include a '95 Grotti Cheetah, bonus activities, weapons, vehicles and customization. ALEX GTA 6 nine counts 16 bonuses in the Ultimate, but the Vintage Vice City pack is also available with Standard through the pre-order offer, so it does not separate the two editions. The sources disagree on the format: GTA 6 BUZZ says the Ultimate is digital only with no disc, while ALEX GTA 6 nine describes a box containing a code rather than a disc. Rockstar has confirmed that you can buy Standard now and upgrade to Ultimate later for the same $20. If you do not need everything on day one, there is no reason to rush.
