In GTA Online, a car wash cleaned your dirty money automatically. In GTA 6, there is no laundering business to buy: your loot is worth nothing until a fence buys it at a discount. According to the video by Sueldo VI, which draws on previews from Rob Nelson (IGN, Kinda Funny, Trois Couleurs) and TGG's visit to Rockstar North, bank-job money comes out marked and has to be cleaned. The steps to watch: 1) take your loot to a fence, who pays a discount. 2) Clean the marked money. 3) Get your cash to an ATM without dying or getting busted, or you lose it. Police remember you, so stay low profile. No laundering rate or fee has been confirmed yet: any number circulating before the November 19, 2026 release is a guess.
